VectorSpecialist provides professional vector graphics design services, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity development, digital illustrations, and related design consultancy services. All services are provided in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in individual project agreements.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion. All prices are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
Upon full payment for design services, you will receive the agreed-upon usage rights to the final approved designs. VectorSpecialist retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, sketches, and unused designs. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VectorSpecialist or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Our design process includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in individual project agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Client approval is required at key project milestones, and failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorSpecialist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. You use our services at your own risk.
VectorSpecialist shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government regulations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in individual project contracts. VectorSpecialist reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
